Account Information: When you sign in with Google via Firebase Authentication, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We do not have access to your Google password.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the service, including videos processed, documents generated, and feature usage. This helps us improve the product and enforce plan limits.

Payment Information: Payment details (credit card numbers, billing addresses) are collected and processed directly by Stripe. We do not store your full payment information on our servers. We only store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Analytics: We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics such as page views and performance metrics. No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.

4. Data Storage

Your account data and subscription information are stored in Google Firebase / Firestore, hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Generated documents are stored locally in your browser and optionally in your cloud library. Transcripts are processed in-memory and discarded immediately after the document is generated — we do not persist raw transcript data on our servers.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

Google Firebase — Authentication and database storage.

OpenAI / Google AI — AI processing of video transcripts. Transcripts are sent to AI providers for document generation. See their respective privacy policies.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Some anonymized usage data may be retained for analytics purposes.
